Services include equipment sales, custom designs for shops, restaurants, hotels, and school canteens, along with full-scale fabrication and fit-out. The company also provides consulting to newcomers in the hospitality industry, helping them establish their businesses successfully.

Petra Equipment has managed major high-profile contracts with the Australian Defence Force, universities, and hospitals. Today, it generates over $33 million in annual revenue and employs 63 full-time and casual staff, showcasing Mr. Ayyash’s strong leadership and strategic vision.

In 2010, his forward-thinking approach led to the establishment of CK Cell Technologies Pty Ltd (Endexome), an Australian regenerative medicine company valued at $65 million. The company focuses on developing stem cell-derived products aimed at treating critical medical conditions.

He is also a key partner in Seagrass Hospitality, an international franchise network with $250 million in annual revenue and a workforce of 1,500 employees worldwide, operating in Australia, the UAE, London, Qatar, Kuwait, and South Africa.

Most recently, in 2021, he launched the Galaxy Mining Company in Jordan, further diversifying into the natural stone and mining sector.
